RENTON AUTO REPAIR

I brought my truck here to have the rear differential fixed at the recommendation of a different mechanic. It's my experience that when someone in the industry is recommending someone else in the same industry, that the person tends to be good. This rule of logic did not fail this time either. I took my truck in and Eric took a look at it and took it for a quick test drive. He concurred with the other mechanic as to the problem and offered me a quote and a timeline to get it fixed. I brought my truck back as scheduled for it's repair. The repair was done on time and under budget. The problem appears to be solved (no more noise etc) and I just came back from a road trip with it (trial by fire!) where my truck ran smoothly and without problem. I won't hesitate to bring my truck back in the future... actually the very near future since I need to have a short hunted down from the radio.

Been bringing my car here since moving up to Renton and guys are always honest and willing to tell me what I need to know without trying to sell me stuff or services I don't need. Will continue to bring my car here as it can be difficult sometimes to find a place you feel like you can trust.

I have been coming here for years! I am a girl and I don't know anything about cars, but the staff here always does a good job explaining to me what needs to be done and where I can save money. I now live in Seattle but still drive out to Renton just to change my oil because of the friendly staff and their professionalism.

Have been to some different place to do oil change. Here is the only place which never have engine issue after the oil change. Take out one star, because, some jobs, they charged me 20 minutes, but only 2 minutes work. They said they charged it by book. The book said that job needs 20 minutes.
