This was my third visit to Kings Transmission. I've grown up working on my own cars so I understand basic troubleshooting. As cars get newer they seem to be harder to work on for me. What has impressed me with Kings Transmission is the "Test don't Guess" approach they take with finding the issue and the honesty they show when explaining that it was difficult to diagnose. I've been to other mechanics in the past who I have felt were trying to up-sell me and would replace parts until they found the problem. I don't get that feeling at Kings. Their honesty leaves me with a sense of trust that makes me feel good about having them work on my cars.

I initially brought my vehicle here due to the proximity to my home, the service and communication blew me away. I have brought the same vehicle back a couple times now and haven't been disappointed. Eric and his team are quick and fair with their service and pricing. I will continue to use this shop if the repairs or diagnostics are out of my capabilities.

Another mechanic recommended King's to us two years ago. This is the only place I bring my 2000 Mustang GT. My 19 year old car needed an Alternator and a module. I was given the option of just doing one and waiting to see if that cured the problem. I chose to do both. My car is running awesome. So happy to find an honest caring mechanic. Thank you Dan!

The boys at Renton King's Transmission do a full line service for my fleet vehicles of repair vans. They're efficient, accommodating, and always get us back on the road very quickly and very affordably. We have used them now for over two years and have no future plans of looking for anyone else to service our vehicles. I am so glad I trusted Eric and Dan to work on my transmission. Their many years of experience, showed in the way they handled my situation. I have a high mileage Explorer that I did not want to spend extra to have the transmission rebuilt. So they went out and found a low mileage used one for me. While it took a little longer and cost a little bit more than what we originally talked about, I am very pleased with the outcome. My vehicle's performance is back to like new! They went the extra mile to make sure the used transmission that they found, was working properly before returning my vehicle to me. Great job and thank you to all Dan, Eric and the staff at King's!
