My experience was great. I called the local Goodyear competition and found they wanted at least 4 hours and $65 dollars more for a standard transmission service. Goodyear was also not available for days. I spoke with Dan at King's Transmission on Tuesday, he said they were also busy but could easily get me in if I came in early. When I asked about details, Dan walked me through the process answering all my question in a professional way. Today I came in early, signed in, turned over my key and gave my contact phone number. Being a business area, I found a local breakfast stop, had a bit to eat and soon got the call that everything was looking good and to expect that service would be compete in ~15 more minutes. I headed back to King's Transmitting with coffee in hand and was able to meet the owner Eric. I learned from Eric that he has 2 locations and 10 employees. They were nice enough to stand together for a photo that I placed on Google Maps. So I saved money, was able to get in, even with a full parking lot of cars. My car was test driven after service as the double checked for any issues. I and am very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

Eric rebuilt a transmission in a company work Van for us. The pricing was super fair. The shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the work was done on time, just as they said. We have not had any issues with the transmission since. It has been a few years!! I recommend King's!

My car was leaking oil pretty badly, I brought my car in to King's because it was the closest shop to me. They found out that whoever change the oil last (the car is new to me) stripped the oil pan, and the oil plug had almost come all the way out. All the oil had drained from my car. They said it would be $700 to replace the pan. I cried (no lie) since I couldn't afford that. They are angels, and found an alternate fix, that only cost me $260. Still a lot, which tapped me, but my car is drivable again! They're great. Go see them.

Woke up one morning to find my car wouldn't start. Learned it wasn't my battery causing the issue, so I had AAA tow me. This was the closest place that could get me in that day to look at the problem. After it was dropped off, I received a call to inform me they received it and would be taking a look at it shortly. I received another call about an hour later informing me the starter was out on it, but they would be able to fix it that same day for me to pick up by 5:30. Once it was ready, they called again to inform me so I could head over. They were fast, communicative, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them, however, they are not open on weekends. If that works for you, definitely give them a try.

Great prices and costumer service, it's my new place to go when I need help with my car. If you go in you won't regret it, they are awesome!

Been using Kings transmission for years. Eric and Dan have earned my trust to the point I do not worry about sending my wife and daughter alone to get their cars worked on. With Kings help I have had three Ford cars drive over 250k miles on the original drive train. Can't say enough good things about this business!!

Went to Big O to have a fluid service done and they were able to do everything but the transmission on my '05 Volvo XC90. I called around to 4 different places and King's was the best deal and closest to home. Even better was when I picked it up and the quote they had given me 2 weeks prior was the same I was charged! Love it when that happens! Great customer service as well :)
