I have taken my car here two or three times now and am always confident that they are honest about what does - or does not -need to be fixed and their charges are reasonable. I took my car to a chain repair shop - twice - to have a headlight issue addressed. I then took it to King's and it got fixed the first time. I'm a loyal customer now.

Allen, the service advisor at the Kent, WA location is the best I have ever encountered. He knows the business, vehicles, industry and is as honest, cheerful and works as long as a day of sunlight in Alaska during August, hint (24 hours of light). Kings Transmission is my first shop I go to. They typically can get me in within a day or two and get me out the same day. My repairs have always been done right the first time.

Kings Transmission is the best place to take your vehicle in for any kind of service needed. Alan is the best guy I've ever had the pleasure working with for all my needs. They just replaced my 5.7 Tundra's motor and supercharger. Alan did everything possible to get it ordered and installed as fast as possible. Austin the main mechanic did the best job ever. I have had my truck now for a week breaking it in, and it runs and sounds great. I have taken all my vehicles (Mustang, BMW X5 and Tundra) there for multiple issues and not once have I ever been disappointed. I will always take my vehicles there in the future for whatever reason my occur.
