Ryan was very polite and professional. He left my car running like new for a very reasonable price!

Been bringing my car here since moving up to Renton and guys are always honest and willing to tell me what I need to know without trying to sell me stuff or services I don't need. Will continue to bring my car here as it can be difficult sometimes to find a place you feel like you can trust.

I have been coming here for years! I am a girl and I don't know anything about cars, but the staff here always does a good job explaining to me what needs to be done and where I can save money. I now live in Seattle but still drive out to Renton just to change my oil because of the friendly staff and their professionalism.

They do good work at a fair price. They are not just a Transmission shop!

Have been to some different place to do oil change. Here is the only place which never have engine issue after the oil change. Take out one star, because, some jobs, they charged me 20 minutes, but only 2 minutes work. They said they charged it by book. The book said that job needs 20 minutes.

My experience was great. I called the local Goodyear competition and found they wanted at least 4 hours and $65 dollars more for a standard transmission service. Goodyear was also not available for days. I spoke with Dan at King's Transmission on Tuesday, he said they were also busy but could easily get me in if I came in early. When I asked about details, Dan walked me through the process answering all my question in a professional way. Today I came in early, signed in, turned over my key and gave my contact phone number. Being a business area, I found a local breakfast stop, had a bit to eat and soon got the call that everything was looking good and to expect that service would be compete in ~15 more minutes. I headed back to King's Transmitting with coffee in hand and was able to meet the owner Eric. I learned from Eric that he has 2 locations and 10 employees. They were nice enough to stand together for a photo that I placed on Google Maps. So I saved money, was able to get in, even with a full parking lot of cars. My car was test driven after service as the double checked for any issues. I and am very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

I went to King's Transmission today, my car was making a weird noise. Luckily it wasn't the transmission but they were able to get me in quickly and it only took a couple hours to finish up and fix the problem. They gave excellent service! I highly recommend them!

I was treated really well when I brought my 2004 Chevy Silverado in for a transmission issue. Explained what they found, what work I needed to have done, and gave a very reasonable estimate. I would highly recommend! NB Covington WA

My car was leaking oil pretty badly, I brought my car in to King's because it was the closest shop to me. They found out that whoever change the oil last (the car is new to me) stripped the oil pan, and the oil plug had almost come all the way out. All the oil had drained from my car. They said it would be $700 to replace the pan. I cried (no lie) since I couldn't afford that. They are angels, and found an alternate fix, that only cost me $260. Still a lot, which tapped me, but my car is drivable again! They're great. Go see them.
