Although the news about our transmission was ugly, the quality of service and personal care was top notch. Allen was very, very helpful and friendly as we faced some tough decisions. The honesty, integrity and caring service made our experience easier to bear. Thank you for the speedy diagnosis and extra care we seemed to receive.

I am very pleased with the service I received I King's transmission. I have an older truck that I hadn't had service other than an oil change for over 5 years. It was due for a tune-up, which revealed other neglected issues under the hood. I will be honest I was skeptical at first since I and not used King's before. But in the end I found the mechanics to be very competent at diagnosing and fixing an older vehicle (1991 GMC 2500). The prices are reasonable. Alan (front office) took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issues that needed addressing. He has a cheerful personality and shows a genuine concern to assist in any way he can. Like I said I was skeptical at first because there are some mechanics that take advantage of people. But King's has won me over. These are people that you can trust.

Seeing as I know nothing about cars, it is quite painful to bring your car in for headlights that don't work. I was told that my car needed a new bulb in one side, and something else in the other. It was like, $200 to fix. They had it done within a few hours. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5, is because I don't think it was worth $200 to fix the headlamp issue. But obviously that's the business right?

I brought my truck in after having replaced the transmission and having issues with the one I purchased and without any hesitation they got it all dialed in and working GREAT and even dealt with the shop that sent me a bad transmission! Even though the transmission was not built by them they worked with me and helped me out so very much. Not only is the work top notch so is the owner and all staff. I have to say that Kings is the only place I will take any of my vehices too. Very honest and up front and they work with you. Thank you again!

So glad to find an honest shop! Dan is very personable and you can tell they care about their customers. I went to the dealership first and was given a hefty todo list for my car. Dan explained what my car needed and when rather than trying to get my bill racked up! Thanks again!
