The guys were very busy and still found time to locate oil leak and repair. Wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else.

As all ways have time and space available for repair to my vehicle even if there full capacity of mechanical repair,for me king's transmission never hesitate to say no when you need help/repairs on your vehicle. King's transmission mechanics do a job well done on my vehicle every time I come to them for repairs on my vehicle and I'm very happy for a job well done and very happy and I'm very loyal customer of king's transmission.

I had received one of the best customer service experiences this past week and couldn't be happier. My car gave out on me early last week and AAA actually recommended this Auto Shop to take my car to. They diagnosed the issues and fixed my car in a timely manner. While stressing about the condition of my vehicle, Dan took 25 minutes to explain what needed to be fixed and the process of shopping for a used vehicle with me. I am overall very satisfied with my experience and plan to recommend/use their services in the future.

I made a special appointment to get my oil change on my BMW X5. Allen helped out and made it happen perfectly and professionally.

I was enquiring about a good technician while in O"reilly auto store in Fairwood, another customer next to me gave me reference of Eric and Dan of King"s transmission of Renton and spoke good about them. This is not easy to handle Mercdez , Range Rover repair, but , they surprised me by their competence and professionalism. All my four vehicles, two Range Rovers, Denali and Jeep, i take nowhere except Eric and Dan. Mercedez i gave it to somebody. They are seasoned technicians

Allen was very kind and great. I brought my car in as Firestone said there was a problem with the transmission. He got my car in and they said it appeared to not have a problem but bring it back in a couple of weeks. I went back and still no problem and I asked them for an oil change. Great people and Allen is wonderful!
